There are a lot of things that can go wrong with your construction projects—but by far, schedule, budget, and stakeholder engagement remain the top three ways a project can be mismanaged.

In fact, a recent study, as reported by Dodge Data & Analytics, notes that 93 percent of owners report exceeding the original schedule of their projects; 85 percent went over their budgets; and 44 percent were unable to effectively engage stakeholders and end users.
